Which one should I start with?
If your team works in Slack or Teams and wants help in those channels straight away, start with HiToby. If you want to set up bots with your own choice of role, model, tools and knowledge, start with TobyBot.
Can we use both?
Yes. They are separate products with separate plans, and a HiToby customer can add TobyBot as an add-on. A team can then use HiToby in its channels and TobyBot for its own bots.
Was TobyBot called HiToby before?
No. TobyBot was called Xagent until November 2026. HiToby has always been a separate product.
